I have heard a lot of good and bad about P.F.s so I went to check it out myself to see what all the hoopla was about. It was a very beautiful large room with lots of nice vistas, so I was encouraged to begin. The waiter was great explained the menu and the mixing sauces as shown above, but then the wait began... 25 minutes to get a refreshment! But that seemed to unjam everything and the food came quickly... it was good, but lacked a lot of flavor... good thing for the sauces.
Not authentic Chinese food, but not bad for what you get.
